If for any reason you aren't happy please contact us at within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can help.

If the item is faulty, of course we will replace it for you! The item will need to be sent back for us for assessment before a refund is confirmed. 

If you have changed your mind - that's ok!

We will happily offer you an exchange, or a store credit to be used within 3 months. You will need to return the item to us within 7 days in original condition with all original packaging in tact, please note this is super important and we will use our discretion if this condition is not met.

Please note that the 7 day window applies to the date of the first attempted delivery. If you are unable to take delivery until later than this, unfortunately you will forfeit the time period within which you can make a change of mind return. For a change of mind return all subsequent shipping charges will be at your expense. 

Please note we do not offer refunds. If the size you ordered is not correct we are happy to exchange it for you, with the postage costs your responsibility. If you are unsure of sizing or would like any information you can email us at or call us on 0477838565 during business hours.

Please be aware that we can sell through items quickly and cannot guarantee that all sizes will be available for any period of time.

Any stock returned to us must be sent with registered and tracked regular parcel post. We do not take any responsibility for items not received. 

Please note we DO NOT offer any exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing on sale items. This applies to items purchased both instore and online.

Please note orders will not be cancelled after checkout if you have changed your mind.
