SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We dispatch orders every single business day and will always do our best to send yours out within 24 hours.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the following business day.
During peak trading times or sale periods, whilst we endeavour to get your order out within 24 hours, however there may be some slight delays.

We use Australia Post tracked parcel post for most orders, and sometimes a courier for bulky items.
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email a confirmation with all the tracking details.
Please double check your address is correct at checkout.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.
Postage in Australia is dang expensive, so we are here to share the load.
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping anywhere in Australia.
We offer free local pickup at checkout - please select which store you would like to collect your order from.
We offer free shipping in Australia for orders over $150
You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection - please note depending on the location of your stock your order may not be ready for collection right away. You will need to present a copy of your order confirmation either as a screen shot or a print out at the time of collection.
From time to time we will offer promotions for free shipping on specific collections with a code. If the code is incorrectly applied you will be charged the applicable shipping amount via a separate invoice. Orders will not be cancelled for this reason. Please read any free shipping offers carefully.
Additional postage costs
Some of our larger items are bulky and heavy and therefor excluded from these flat rate prices and will incur additional postage charges.
In the event that you purchase a combination of items that become what we deem a bulky and heavy package, there may also be additional postage charges applicable.
This is determined by a combination of the parcel weight and size and your location. We always do our best to secure the best rate possible for you, and we absorb shipping costs where possible to make it as affordable as possible for you too.
If you purchase a bulky item, you will checkout as normal and we will contact you after with an invoice for the additional shipping.

The possibility for additional postage rates for bulky items are clearly stated on this page. Unfortunately we cannot cancel and refund an order for this reason.

We use a combination of Australia Post and couriers for all shipping.
Once we have shipped the item and it is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver.
We currently do not offer insurance on our shipping.
Whilst we will do everything in our power to assist should items become lost or damaged in transit, Gruffalo & Co is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
